Mission:

Our mission at #AllowMe is to motivate LGBTQIA+ youth of color to explore their unique abilities with regard to leadership and creativity. Using community partnership to guide and assist youth participants to enhance their voices, thoughts and creative spirits.

 

#AllowMe, at its core, seeks to serve LGBTQIA+youth of color by serving as a catalyst to assist them in becoming productive leaders, artists, and activists.

 

By pairing them with established successful lgbtqia leaders and creators in their communities, and elevating the work of these youth participants  by affording them various opportunities to take on leadership and creative roles using social platforms to amplify their voices. We seek to strip away the narrative that says youth who identify as LGBTQIA and of color must reject or hide  their individuality, pride in their identities, and unique voice.
