Building Tomorrow’s Leaders Today

AllowMe is a nonprofit organization dedicated to cultivating leadership and empowering the next generation of changemakers within the LGBTQ+ community, with a special focus on transgender individuals of color. We recognize the transformative power of representation, and our mission is to provide the tools, resources, and opportunities necessary to uplift voices that have long been silenced.

Our Work

We center our efforts on four key areas that guide our mission and values. These areas are designed to enhance our impact and drive our commitment to excellence. Each area reflects our dedication to providing the best experience for our community.

Training

Leadership development workshops tailored to the unique experiences of LGBTQ+ youth of color.

Resource

Access to mentorship, funding opportunities, and essential tools for personal and professional growth.

Education

Programs that foster understanding, critical thinking, and the skills needed to organize effectively.

Access

Creating pathways to spaces and platforms that have traditionally excluded marginalized voices.
